  • Simplicity and/or ease of participation for philanthropic partners.

Clarifying questions

  • Which corporate form will best advance Prime’s mission?

  • What is the theory of change? How will the design of the intervention get us closer to Prime’s vision?

  • What is the philanthropic community’s level of readiness for this intervention?

  • Is further experimentation needed on a deal-by-deal basis before constructing a full-scale program?
