Ellie contributes to Prime’s impact strategy and management, focusing on post-investment monitoring. Access to evidence of the positive effects of climate technology is an essential piece in empowering decision-makers in capital allocation to put our planet first.
Ellie’s formative experiences include conducting mixed-methods research in resource extraction and agrotechnology, as well as in the nonprofit sphere advocating for the constituent voice. Through this work, Ellie developed a particular passion for ensuring that the technology we invest in to combat emissions prioritizes impact for the communities who will and are already experiencing the first and most extreme consequences of our changing climate.
Before joining Prime, Ellie led creating and operationalizing impact metrics processes at Village Capital to ultimately drive more capital to early-stage impact-minded ventures. Ellie holds an MS in Global Development from the University of Copenhagen.
