Fay is an avid surfer, passionate about recycling, circular economy and data management for sustainable decision making and believes in a future where products are designed with the end-of-life in mind and the materials are tracked throughout their life cycle. She has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and a double masters in materials science engineering and industrial ecology from the TU Delft.

Having worked on ESG and sustainable finance regulations, she became interested in the role of investments in climate change. At Prime, she is working on improving the user experience of the CRANE tool together with Rho Impact, driven by her passion to make sustainable decisions easier and more accessible through data and user-friendly tools.

As a part-time team member, she is spends her remaining time exploring opportunities to start a company in recycling electronic waste, traveling, blogging about her entrepreneurial journey and as a surf instructor in the Netherlands.
